The Corporate Advisory Board assists the company in developing short and long-term corporate and financial strategies, offering specific counsel in assisting the Company in meeting its financial forward-looking projections responding and addressing state and federal mandated compliance and legal matters. Board members have varied experience in corporate and entrepreneurial governance, ranging from the academic, accounting, tax, legal and financial industries.

The Athletic Directors & Coaches Advisory Board advises and assists the company in ensuring the company courses are assisting in the addressing the needs of the athletic department, coaching staffs and athletic directors in meeting their compliance requirements and other training needs that benefits the student-athlete, high school and district. Board members consist of high school coaches and athletic directors and educators who are intimately involved with the workings of high school athletic departments, including the school, district, conference county or state athletic guidelines and rules as well as the latest compliance issues and NCAA regulations that high schools students and parents should be familiar with. Board members offer networking and introduction assistance to high schools, districts and statewide administrators who are of interest to the company in meeting its business growth factors.

The Athletic Advisory Board advises and assists the company in developing courses that deal with handling the burdens of maintaining a correct academic and social balance between sports and school, in keeping a respectful, humble yet competitive edge not just in sports but also in the classroom and in dealing with “life after sports.” These members consist of current, former professional and former NCAA athletes who because of their experience offer a unique, important and valuable life lessons regarding the challenges of being a student-athlete.
